MH 17 Tragedy: Western Media Instigates Anti-Russian Hatred
July 17 witnessed a tragic air disaster – a Malaysian aircraft MH 17 was shot down over Ukraine, killing all the passengers and crew on board. The brazenness of the shooting down stunned the entire world and brought forth earlier memories of similar attacks on civilian aircrafts. This incident follows closely on the heels of the mysterious disappearance of another Malaysian airliner.
The airlines has announced a list of passenger nationalities that included 154 Dutch, 27 Australians, 43 Malaysians, including 15 crew members. The nationalities of 41 passengers is to be ascertained. The Kiev regime immediately blamed the Russian federalists for this gruesome act. They claimed that the Boeing 777 traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was hit by a surface-to-air missile fired by the federalists who, according to them acquired the advanced Russian-made missile system. The US too rushed to confirm that it was indeed a missile that had downed the aircraft and put the blame on Russia for supplying the federalists with the sophisticated weaponry. Though, they could not point out to the place from which the missile was fired, they were sure that it was a missile that had brought down the plane and also of who had fired it. The US and the Kiev regime appear to be too eager to blame the Russian government and the federalists, even before any credible enquiry has been conducted and the reasons for the disaster are identified. The entire Western media is actively playing along, instigating anti-Russian hatred among the people.
On the other hand, the Russian government denying it had any role in the downing of the aircraft, has agreed to a transparent international investigation. They want the United Nations’ International Civil Aviation Organization to lead the investigation, along with the Interstate Aviation Committee, the Moscow-based civil aviation authority established in 1991 with 11 states of the former Soviet Union, including Ukraine.
Even the leaders of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) said they were ready to allow international specialists to investigate the crash site. DNR Parliament Speaker Denis Pushilin told ITAR-TASS. “We are ready to let an international commission in for a more thorough and faster investigation of the tragedy,” he said.
The Malaysian government has on record stated that it had got no proof to blame anyone for the disaster. According to Malaysian government officials, they are waiting for the investigation to be completed before pointing fingers at one.
It seems only Ukraine, backed by the US and its allies, is keen to blame the federalists and Russia for the disaster. This eagerness fails to deceive their intention to cover up the defeat they had suffered at the hands of the federalists in the south-east. The Ukrainian troops are desperate with their failure.
The US government had initiated more sanctions against Russia to shore up the morale of the desperate regime in Kiev and Ukrainian troops. The Nazi character of the Kiev regime is increasingly becoming clear. This is forcing some of the Western media outlets to report from ground about the presence of neo-Nazi elements among those who are fighting the federalists. The BBC had recently reported about an Ukrainian organisation called the Social National Assembly, whose aims are: 'to prepare Ukraine for further expansion and to struggle for the liberation of the entire White Race from the domination of the internationalist speculative capital'. The report also mentions about the foreign nationals, sharing similar ideology, fighting along with these neo-Nazi groups. The Kiev regime, unmindful of the consequences is actively encouraging such groupings.
